"My Home Program" is a 60-second animated video created for Civitas Senior Living to showcase the ease of moving into a new home.

My objective was to translate a heartwarming script into a visual world that feels calm, comfortable, and nostalgic. I led the visual direction and animation, choosing a paper cut-out style inspired by children’s storybooks.

To bring this story to life, I focused on making digital assets feel physical and tactile. Every element features grain textures and subtle offsets to break the digital perfection, mimicking the manual charm of traditional stop-motion. I utilized imperfect, rhythmic movements to simulate the feel of hand-animated paper figures, while incorporating subtle parallax effects through 3D space to add depth to scenes without losing the cozy, flat aesthetic.

By carefully adjusting sourced textures to match the project’s specific color palette, I ensured a unified, warm, and inviting visual language across the entire video.
